INTRODUCTION
The Specialized Training Courses for Technicians and Managerial Personnel have been carried out annually since 1962 within IRI Group. About 4000 executives and managers coming from over 100 countries have participated up until now. Since 1998 CFI directly manages the arrangement and implementation of the Courses.

AIMS
The focus of CFI’s strategic training, while keeping into account the entrepreneurial and industrial nature of the partners, is to transfer technological and managerial know-how in the various specialization sectors in which the Course is divided.

In order to achieve such an aim various phases make up the Course, as described in the present Announcement, as well as in the subsequent follow-ups that are created by contacts that are established between the participants, CFI and the Companies supporting the initiative.

TARGETS
Executives, technicians and administrators, that are citizens of Developing Countries or Countries in Economic Transition in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe and that already have a basic professional experience matured in the operative structures of their own countries in the following sectors of specialization:

Applications to participate could furthermore be taken into consideration for specialization sectors currently not included in the announcement, for which when final selections are made, the possibility is found to organize training activities that are adequate for the candidate’s requests.
