COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE ABROAD

Targets

  • Operators in the various fields that are pertinent to:
    Institutional (personnel in Ministries or governmental institutions assigned to the support and/or development of commercial business abroad), various commercial areas (small and medium enterprises, industrial or territorial development agencies, etc.)

Aims

  • Offer the participants a panorama of the regulations, of the institutions and organizations that aim at favoring and/or supporting the development of Italian foreign commerce, or able to give assistance to the companies in each of the phases of their activities of commercial penetration abroad;
  • allow benchmarking with similar institutes existing in the countries of origin, or allow an evaluation on the use and/or possibility to create similar institutions;
  • focalize the ample range of the many problems relative to managing commercial exchanges;
  • Become familiar with those financial instruments to support exports and international investments, as an effective instrument for commercial penetration, if adequately used for the needs of the reference market.

  • Role, duties and regulations relative to international institutions that supply an economic-financial support, such as bodies of the European Union and the World Bank.
    The program will be carried out through:
    Meetings with the most important institutional institutes (Ministries and institutions connected to them);
    Visits to specific realities in the various commercial sectors, in production as well as in what specifically concerns corporate management;
    Participation to ad hoc seminar activitie


CORPORATE MANAGEMENT

Targets

  • Candidates with management responsibility on an average-high level that come from organizations operating in the technological sectors provided by the announcement.

Aims

  • Further learn the corporate systems and managerial techniques relative to the duties that must be carried out by those who have a responsible position within the company.
  • Obtain the maximum integration between the study of managerial methods ant the analysis of concrete managerial experience to be carried out for a period of time in a company that has introduced innovative managerial systems.

  • A seminar on the methods and integrated corporate management systems during which the activities will be analyzed according to the single managerial duties, their integration, the integration between the company and the social-economic environment, the development problems and the transfer of the know-how;

Target

  • Give a complete picture of the situation concerning the sector in Italy, from a technological development point of view as well as from that concerning the possibility of a commercial development and economic cooperation.

Contents

  • Technological aspects concerning research and technological development: construction, use and maintenance of machinery for the production and use of electric energy with conventional systems, cogeneration, geothermic and supplied by renewable sources.
  • Management and commercial aspects: international marketing, job and management control, organization of the production, Research & Development and its effects on business, laws, rate system, privatizations.


INTERNATIONAL BANK AND FINANCE

Targets

  • Executive managers coming from international banking and financial institutes

Aims

  • Supply a complete picture of the subjects connected with internationalization of banking activities, with special reference to the functions most connected with the commercial exchanges abroad.

  • Reference point on the evolution banking in the Italian and international context;

MULTIMEDIA TELEVISION

Targets

  • Priority is given to personnel that works in the radio-television public service:
  • Directors;
  • programmers,
  • personnel in charge of television journalistic services;
  • technical experts in charge of the development and management of systems outside and inside.

Aims

  • Further study and compare knowledge and experience in the creation and realization of television and radio programs.

Contents

  • Production area: stage at the RAI Production Center structures and the editorial office of radio and television programs with the possibility of watching the various phases of the job, while the participants who are put in the editorial office of TV news or radio news, will work side by side with the journalists to create editorial services.
  • Technical means area: the participants will be put by the side of managers and technicians in the various offices for the development and management of the systems, with regards to the planning as well as the installation, management and maintenance. Special attention will be given to the new technologies and the new manners of distributing television.
  • According to the participant's interest, it will become possible to organize visits and meetings at Italian companies that operate in the multimedia product sector


ENVIRONMENT AND TERRITORY

Targets

  • Executive managers of Ministries or government Institutions, economic and environmental planning;
  • Executive or technical managers of companies directly or indirectly operating in the sector.

Aims

  • Supply a summary on the management method and solution in Italy of environmental problems from a legal point of view as well as according to the technology used.

Contents

  • According to the interest of the participants, the program can be centered on one or both of the sectors indicated here below, in turn articulated over a variety of areas, some of which are reported as an example:
  • Environmental Management: infrastructures, evaluation of environmental impact, monitoring the environment, data bank, waste, sustainable development, compatible technology, water management.

SHIP BULDING

Targets

  • Engineers with managerial position.

Aims

  • Offer the participants the possibility to specialize in the design and complete construction of the hull, in the fitting out of the ship, and in the construction and installation of the engines.

Contents
The in-plant training programmes may cover the following areas:

  • Design and construction of all parts of the hull and related accessories;
  • New techniques in shipbuilding and prefabrication;
  • Fitting out of the ship (mooring and loading equipment, ventilation, piping, electric fittings, furnishings; etc.);
  • Installation of main and auxiliary boilers, turbines, condensers, main and auxiliary diesel engines, heat exchangers, propellers, steam-water-oil-naphtha piping, ship’s facilities.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Targets:

  • The programs in this field are addressed to managerial level personnel with a technical background who are engaged in the programming, planning and management of the networks and services in Operating Companies or Goverment or Not Goverment Agencies responsible for the development of public telecommunications services.


Aims:

  • Give a complete picture of the sector in Italy, comparing different technologies to evaluate possible commercial and cooperational development.

  • Technologies: Different networks; evaluation of digital systems of transmission; Sysytems for the supervision nad control of exchanges, networks and traffic.
